1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fc177 website, mobile interface, software applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by fc177 ("fc177," "we," "us," or "our"). Each person may hold only one registered account on fc177. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and possible reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fc177 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fc177 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter deposits, Coins.ph, and USDT. Supported payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and applicable processing times are displayed on the Platform's cashier pages and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your fc177 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. fc177 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method owned by the registered account holder. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to technical availability. fc177 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes; withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

fc177 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and subject to the rules of the respective card or table game. Bets placed and accepted by the fc177 system are final and binding, subject to any error correction rights reserved by fc177 as described below.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

fc177's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your fc177 account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fc177's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them, including their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and fc177, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as applicable under fc177's operating license.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fc177 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform functionality, or business operations. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their fc177 account, or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance prior to the effective date of the changes.
